BY TYPING MY NAME BELOW I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING POLICIES:

Booking & Policies Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your total. Travel Travel is calculated based on round-trip mileage from Quartz Hill, CA, to your location. Late Arrivals Please plan to arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. An additional $15 will be added for every 10 minutes past the start time. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will need to be rescheduled. Rescheduling Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will have $40 added to the total. Last-Minute Bookings Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time will have $40 added to the total. Early Morning Appointments For start times requiring departure before 7:00 AM (earliest departure time is 4:00 AM): • 6:00 AM departure: +$50 • 5:00 AM departure: +$100 • 4:00 AM departure: +$150 Additional Travel Costs Parking, tolls, and overnight stays (if required) are covered by the client and must be paid prior to the event. Makeup Timing Each makeup application takes approximately 60–120 minutes per person, depending on the service. Breaks For appointments lasting over 5 hours, a short 15-minute rest break will be taken.
