MilkyTears Studio Policies & Fees To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following policies before booking your appointment. Booking Fee (Non-Refundable) A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final total. This fee reserves your dedicated time slot, preventing other bookings during that period. Travel Fee A travel fee applies to on-location services and is calculated based on the round-trip mileage from Lancaster, CA to your specified location. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving late will be charged a $50 fee for every 30 minutes past the scheduled start time. If you are significantly late, your appointment may be canceled. No-Call / No-Show Policy Failure to show up without prior notice will require an additional non-refundable booking fee to reschedule. Last-Minute Booking Fee Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur an additional fee. Early Morning Appointments For appointments requiring an early departure, an additional fee will apply based on the requested time. Makeup Application Duration Makeup services vary in length depending on the desired look and service. Studio Guest Policy To maintain a professional and focused environment, no guests are allowed at MilkyTears Studio. The only exception is for minors, who may bring one parent or guardian.
