This fee reserves a dedicated time slot, ensuring availability and preventing scheduling conflicts. Travel Fee: A travel fee applies for on-location services, calculated based on round-trip mileage from Lancaster, CA to your chosen destination. Late Fee: A $15 fee will be charged for every 10 minutes past the scheduled start time. If more than 30 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically canceled. Preparation Requirement: Clients must arrive fully prepared with hair and outfit ready for the session. Extra time for last-minute prep will not be accommodated. A $30 fee will be charged for every additional 10 minutes spent on unplanned preparations. Glam Clients: If receiving makeup services, please wear a loose, easy-to-remove top to prevent smudging your makeup when changing. A restroom is available for outfit changes. Image Delivery & Storage: Photos will be delivered via Pixieset. Please download and save your images promptly, as the link will expire after one month. A $15 re-upload fee will apply if images need to be resent. Guest Policy: No guests allowed in the studio, except for minors accompanied by a parent or guardian.
